NAACP VIRGINIA STATE CONFERENCE NOVEMBER--2023
Virginia’s 2024 Speaker of the House of Delegates, the Honorable Donald Scott, (pictured below) gave an emotional and uplifting speech at the Virginia State Conference held at the Omni Hotel in downtown Richmond on November 11, 2024. Speaker Scott is the first African American to ever achieve the Speaker of the House position in Virginia.
